Way too expensive to service a bike. Just an example, two tyres (Pirelli Angel ST) mounted for 481,83 EUR a while back. Yearly service with oil change about 50% more expensive than another dealer. Very unfriendly staff at the reception. These are just some of the reasons for a 1-Star rating and for me to seek alternatives in other cities, although I live in Heidelberg, 5 minutes from M.A.D. EDIT: I'd like to thank the owner for his response and for confirming the shop charges high (UVP) prices. The unfriendly tone of the reply reflects the nature of the shop and proves my comment about some staff being unfriendly.

I had to wait a long time to be served. Doesn't bother me but I wanted to point it out. Managed to change my tires on the spot. Did not have different Michelin tyres in stock but I wasn't really offered anything else. I was traveling across Europe and it was a kind of emergency. Prices were insane and after the discount offered by the owner, they become roughly the same as you can find everywhere else. For example the back Michelin tyre was priced at 328 euros while you can find it everywhere for 228. They did charge me 150 euros Labour to change the set. Too pricey. The total to changed a set of tires was 550 euros. Let that sink in. Here in the UK usually it comes free of charge if you buy the set from the shop or at the very least much much less. They did clean the rims and offered me a free bottle of lube. All in all a decent business but not for another visit. Best of luck.

Great shop, super nice and helpful people. I had troubles with my tires on a long trip, and although I wasn’t a customer, they decided to help me out so I could catch my next stop. This kind of shop proves why the motorcycle community is such a nice group to be part of. They had lot’s of models in stock, and it’s a great team. If you are around, definitely pay them a visit! Would definitely recommend them!

Best place to rent or buy motorcycles in Heidelberg. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Bikes from top end Ducatis and Yamahas to E-bikes. Co-owner Wolf is an avid biker and has many miles of touring and adventures under his belt. Has rented bikes twice from them.. Mostly bikes are brand new and maintained in top notch condition. Highly recommended!
